This is the only commemorative stamp issued by the Hong Kong Post between 1862 and 2002 which featured any of the Disciplined Services of Hong Kong.

This FDC does not appear in the official Hong Kong Post Stamps Catalogue dated 2002 leading to the assumption that it was not one of their official offerings. Notice that it is marked "Commemorative Souvenir Issue" and also that the cancellation on this FDC is from the Fairview Park Post Office and not the Central Post Office or the Philatelic Office of the Hong Kong Post.
