Welcome to the Hong Kong Disciplined Services Collectibles Newsletter

Calling all Stamp Collectors and First Day Cover Collectors

The history of the Hong Kong Post goes back to 8 December 1862 when the first set of stamps was released. Only one commemorative stamp has been issued related to the Disciplined Services. That stamp was issued in 1994 and is described in more detail below. At the same time a First Day Cover (FDC) was also issued. There appear to be two different versions of that FDC as can be seen on the Police Stamps page of the Hong Kong Disciplined Services Collectibles website, although only one of them appears in the official Hong Kong Post Stamps Catalogue.

Don't forget the free patch offer below for new members.
